Body Fitness Helps The Mind and Soul

When we are born we seem to have the energy of a tiger for the first 10 to 12 yrs. then we begin to { get it ?] and still do a lot of activity.

As we go down lifes road we change our thoughts and activities. One thing we neglect a lot is a good program we can live with to keep active.I know I did. As we reach the senior years we even do less as far as keeping our body active and so we tend to lose muscle tone and strength. I am in my 80,s and I have forgone a lot of activity and had a stroke in the mean time,but I can still manuever.

If you are one that is wanting to enhance your body and stay active then look for something online that you can live with.{ most everything now is on video} Not too long ago I found one and I can do some of the program and it does make one feel better about themselves. This is perfect for those shut in,s that are not able to go to class someplace else,this can be done right at home and you choose the time.
