>Hello, This may be a touchy subject to some but it will also affect your future and your children and grand children for eons to come, My friend who lives in Florida sent this to me this am as he recieved a response from his senator who indicated he was in favor of this bill, and we both are very concerned about the bill in congress right now, we and you need to voice our concerns on how this will affect our livelyhood and lives.We are in favor of Legals immigrants coming to our shores for a bteer way of life but we do not favor ILLeagals nor those who come with the intention of never going back[ illeagal] and just stay no matter what. And as for as their families coming ,the choice was theirs to come here for them selves and not the whole entourage??? Take time to let your state Senators know how you stand on this now as it is in congress at this moment. Illegal Immigration
Dear Mr. Salazar: I've read your email dated June 5th regarding illegal immigration. Most Americans including myself welcome "reform" but don't really believe it. This is always an "election year" polished senatorial "do gooder" topic. We've heard this before. When the next presidential election is over it will be back to business as usual. Contrary to popular belief Washington, and it's Senators, have and will support "illegal immigration". Why? Because it's big business. No politician is going to step on the toes of big business who writes the campaign contribution check. Not now. Not ever. This country is being sold. That's the real story. The truth. The 370 mile fence might do some good but really that's just for public show. It may slow the average Mexican but it won't stop them. Imposing more laws and fines on American businesses is a joke. You will kill the small business but won't hurt big business. If you did your job no American business would get hurt. You want immigration reform? Show me. Don't tell me the same 20 year lie. Start by reforming the Social Security Administration. In Florida where I'm from any illegal immigrant can get a social security card and matching birth certificate within one hour for twenty to fifty bucks. The same goes for California, New York, ect.. Any idiot with a little computer skills an good printer can make fake social security cards. That's common knowledge. I got a new social security card a few weeks ago. Another pathetic American joke. It's just a cheap piece of paper with cheap ink. Terrorist love that. After receiving the fake I.D.s illegal immigrants take an American job the next day. The employer is covered because he has on file the two required employment documents. Six months later the Social Security Administration sends the employer a letter stating the SSN for this employee doesn't match any on record. The employer covers his ass and fires the illegal immigrant. Twenty four hours later the illegal immigrant shows up for work with a new fake identity. Loss of work and wages in most cases is a big fat zero. Here is the solution. Make the Social Security Card 100% fool proof just like some driver's licenses.....one good picture, lamination,and special ingrained inks that can't be duplicated. Make it a manditory computer check on the both state and federal level to validate the Social Security Number before an employer can higher them. Have the state send an "employment confirmation code" back to the employer. Simple stuff. No excuses. The government can't afford the computer system or can't make one work? That's interesting. Police can stop me at any time to check me in seconds. Banks can tell us within seconds our balance, and ironically, impose a $40.00 overdraft fee in seconds! Credit card companies can debit my account faster than I can count one butt hair. No excuses. Still want immigration reform? No workers? What a big lie! If you want workers all you have to is completely cut government aid in the form of "welfare". All of it. No more "Section 8" free housing, no more food stamps. Nothing. Time to end the "have another baby" get mo money syndrome. You will have all the workers you need. We didn't have this crap at the turn of the century and this country exploded into the "industrial revolution! Legitimate American's aren't born to support your "crack head" nation. Were weren't born to have our tax dollars spent of Social Security benefits for illegals, pay for illegals free health care, and free school lunches. Save the money for our elderly or legitimate handicapped individuals who need a government check. Still need workers? No problem. The labor is free. Take your two million crack head prisoners, murders, and child molesters to carrot patch. They can pick fruit 15 hours a day 7 days a week. The real issue is not white, black, yellow, or Mexican. The real issue is principals. This country was formed on basis of a solid constitutional principals by immigrants. For me immigrants are welcome as long as they are legal, carry the American flag right side up, leave their flag at home, learn English, pay their taxes, are terrorist free, and earn their citizenship. The "guest worker" program is amnesty. Call it anything you want but the legislation on the table is nothing more, and nothing less, than amnesty. Free passage that sends a bad signal to the rest of the world to run to our shore. Invaders. The current American culture will be wiped out. Your policies are nothing more than another government program that sucks the blood out of middle class America. Give the Section 8 crack heads money you get the vote. Give free passage to illegals you get the vote. It's all about the vote and money....nothing else. Don't worry Mr. Salazar. Immigration will be the least of your worries. Your children's skin will burn like our children. No big deal. Their water is turning to toxic soup. The oceans are dying, the ice caps are melting, and the forest are disappearing. No big deal. Dead is dead. Don't expect an alien ship to take your children to Mars. No amount of oil money will build an underground cave big enough to save them. Let us all know when the Washington is finished building a phony fence. Maybe you will allow us to start using hydrogen to run cars and perhaps, just perhaps, save the planet.
